By using GoaRentCar services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Booking and Payments
- All car rentals must be booked through our website or authorized representatives.
- Payment must be made at the time of booking or as per the payment schedule.
- We accept payments via online payment gateways, UPI, and credit/debit cards.
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment.
2. Vehicle Usage
- The rented vehicle must be driven only by the person authorized in the booking.
- The vehicle must be used responsibly and in compliance with all traffic rules and regulations.
- Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities in the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be requested via email or our website.
- Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy:
- Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before pick-up.
- 50% refund if cancelled 24–48 hours before pick-up.
- No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before pick-up.
4. Damage or Loss
- Customers are responsible for any damage to or loss of the vehicle during the rental period.
- In case of accidents, theft, or damage, customers must report immediately to our support team and local authorities.
5. Liability
- GoaRentCar is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage incurred during the rental.
- We do not guarantee vehicle availability in case of unforeseen circumstances.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on the website, including images, logos, text, and branding, is owned by GoaRentCar.
- No content may be copied, reproduced, or used without our permission.
7. Changes to Terms
- We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
8. Governing Law
- These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Goa, India.
